Even if the parents do not feel they qualify at present for financial assistance, they are asked to complete and submit the form just in case their financial situation changes before the new school year begins.
The school remains available to help parents in any way it can, so that parents can continue their child’s education at St. Mary School. Feel free to contact the principal for information regarding tuition assistance or to schedule an appointment to review their family’s ability to pay full tuition. At the time of the meeting, the parents are asked to bring copy of their 2010 tax return.
The Alumni of 1943 – 1959 offer 3 yearly scholarships of $500.00 each to the graduates who exemplify in building solid foundations in all academic areas, who consistently create an atmosphere of mutual respect, friendliness, genuine caring and sensitivity to the needs of others.
Catholic Education Foundation
Deadline: Parents must submit for this program by March 1st.
In the past, the Catholic Education Foundation gave $800.00 yearly tuition assistance to each student who applied and qualified.
All St. Mary students are eligible for the need-based Tuition Award Program offered by the Catholic Education Foundation. Each eligible student who applies will receive a scholarship.
Accepted Financial Documentation
- Recent tax returns or W2 forms
- Formal letter of disbursement for Unemployment, Disability and/or Social Security
- Formal letter of disbursement for AFDC, Food Stamps and/or WIC
- Court order of alimony and/or child support
